Plummers Lodges

You will feel comfortable and at ease in our safe, large aluminum boats as you experience excellent fishing for Northern, Walleye and Smallmouth Bass. Eagle Nest Lodge is near Manitoba's eastern border, in the Whiteshell Provincial Park, and there's easy access to George, Echo and Crowduck lakes as well as miles and miles of the Winnipeg River for uncrowded, leisure fishing fun. While you fish amidst the scenic beauty of this area, there is an abundance wildlife on hand for camera buffs and the rocky shores and islands are a rock hound's paradise. Every day there's something new to see... something exciting to experience.

Enjoy our clean, comfortable cabins! Eagle Nest Lodge cabins have been recently remodeled with 4-piece bathrooms, fridges, double and single beds, new mattresses and spacious confort. The cabins have separate bedrooms, are carpeted throughout and can accommodate from 2 to 10 people. The cabins all provide a spectacular water view with a deck and patio door.

Your Manitoba wilderness vacation starts with a 27 mile (about 43km) boat trip from Eagle Nest Landing and the nearest roadway. On this 45 minute ride you will encounter an unending panorama of islands, channels, weeded bays, and unforgettable scenery, enhanced by wild game including moose, deer, black bear, and bald eagles. You will be tracking along the same route that the voyagers used to first access central Canada.
