Loring Ontario Bear Outfitters is a family owned business since 1978 catering to black bear hunters with a success rate of 85% and 80% repeat clientel.
Grouse hunting, fishing, canoeing, ATVing, and wildlife viewing is in our area. We are flexible, if you do not see what you want give us a call!

Bed linen is supplied, please bring additional towels.
We are members of the Argyle Gun Club and our hunters are welcome to shoot their bows and rifles.
Loring Ontario Bear Outfitters use only fresh butcher scraps,pastries,plus specialties for our area and we start baiting early in the year to assure active baitsites, therefore we ask our hunters not to add your own bait mixture, otherwise baits will shut down! and make your hunt unsuccessful.
Whether you hunt with bow or rifle, the stands are placed to ensure the best possible Success.
Bow stands will be placed approximately 15 to 20 yards from baits. Rifle stands 50 to 100 yards depending on terrain.
Things to bring: warm clothing, boots, rain gear, flash light, hunting knife, compass,camera, case and gun trigger lock and safety belt.
Amenities available; grocery stores, gift shops, service stations, restaurants, liquor store, churches, nursing station, car and air ambulance service.
Loring Ontario Bear Outfitters supply tree stands and have them in place well in advance of your arrival to eliminate disturbance of the bait sites before the hunt.
