Moosehead Lodge

Moosehead Lodge is a year-round family run operation since 1971. We cater to the sportsmen and families of which 90% are return business. A 37 1/2 lb. lake trout caught in 1999 is the record for Big Cedar Lake.

Moosehead is a year-round lodge which caters to the sportsman and his family.
We are also available for special occasion parties, business meetings and other gatherings. 1600 sq. ft. lounge with picturesque view of the lake.
Our climate is gentle during the summer. May, June, October and November have warm days and cool nights. Clothes for comfort are recommended.
You could search far and wide for such a fabulous variety of fishing thrills as found here in this unspoiled area of western Quebec. Lake Trout, Northern Pike, Small-Mouth Bass, Large-Mouth Bass.
